Guiding You Home
Loan Officer · V.I.P. Mortgage · NMLS #2572672
I help Arizona buyers understand what their options actually are before they commit to anything — which loan programs fit, what each one would ask of them, and what a realistic next step looks like. Ask me the questions you think are too basic to ask.
Six questions, about two minutes. No credit check and no obligation. Or call 602-571-4422.

What actually happens when you start
- 1
You answer six short questions
One at a time, no account, no credit check, and no obligation. It takes about two minutes and you can stop anywhere.
- 2
I read them before we talk
So the first conversation starts from where you actually are, instead of the beginning of a script you have already heard.
- 3
We figure out your options
Which programs are worth looking at, what each would ask of you, and what you would want to do next. Including nothing yet, if that is the honest answer.
Seven programs, explained plainly
Most people arrive believing there is one kind of mortgage and they either qualify or they do not. There are several, they ask for different things, and the differences are worth two minutes of your time.
- ConventionalThe most common path, and the one most buyers end up on.
- FHAMore forgiving on credit, with a trade-off worth understanding.
- VAFor those who have served. Often the strongest option available.
- USDATied to the map more than to you.
- JumboFor loan amounts above the conforming limit.
- First-Time BuyerNot a loan type. A set of doors that may be open to you.
- RefinanceReplacing the loan you have with one that fits better.
Arizona is not one market, and a lender who treats it like one will cost you time.
What works in Anthem is not what works in Gilbert. Which programs are on the table depends on the address as much as on you — USDA eligibility literally follows a map. I work this market, so we can rule things in and out quickly.

You are hiring a person, not a company
A mortgage is one of the largest financial decisions most people ever make, and it is usually made while exhausted, on a deadline, using words nobody explained. That is the part I try to fix.
I’m a Mortgage Loan Officer with V.I.P. Mortgage, Inc., helping people buy, invest, and refinance with more clarity and confidence. I’m a Cave Creek native and earned my business degree from NAU. My approach is pretty simple: be honest, communicate clearly, and make sure you actually understand your options. Whether you’re buying your first home or you’ve been through the process before, I want you to feel informed and confident every step of the way.
In their own words
Straight from people Drake has worked with, exactly as they wrote it.

First-time homebuyer
Drake was great guy to work with as a first-time homebuyer. My husband and I had what felt like a thousand questions about the loan process, and he was always patient, kind, and willing to walk us through every detail. He took the time to “run all the numbers” and made sure we fully understood our options without ever making us feel overwhelmed. Drake is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely respectful and easy to work with, which made the entire experience so much smoother. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know looking for a trustworthy and dedicated loan officer. :)
Drake was an absolute professional during our recent transaction. Always on the ball, stayed incredibly proactive, and was willing to answer (and anticipate) any and all questions from our buyers. Can't wait for our next transaction💪
